We're looking for a Senior Sales Effectiveness Manager to drive the adoption and execution of Smartsheet's value selling methodology across our global sales organization. You'll design training experiences that translate methodology into measurable behavior change, build reinforcement systems that ensure lasting adoption, and use data to continuously optimize how our Account Executives apply our framework in live deals. This is a strategic execution role — you'll own the "how" of enablement delivery while partnering with Sales leadership to ensure programs align with broader revenue goals. You will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Effectiveness. This is a remote eligible position and you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is registered.
