Kinaxis has a well-established team of Sales and Professional Services professionals across the US. Our newest office is based in Irving’s Las Colinas development and will serve as a centralized hub where employees and customers from across the US can come together to work towards solving some of the biggest challenges facing supply chains. The Sr. Revenue Onboarding & Methodology Specialist is a critical architect of how new sellers (e.g., BDR, AE, and consultative roles) come up to speed and excel. You will design and deliver onboarding that actually works and embed a repeatable sales methodology across teams to ensure consistency in sales execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in revenue enablement, onboarding, sales operations, or training
  • Strong grounding in adult learning principles; sales methodology certification a plus
  • Confident, engaging facilitator with excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to large groups and executives

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead comprehensive, role-based onboarding journeys for all revenue roles, ensuring strong product and industry fluency
  • Develop and deliver structured acceleration bootcamps (e.g., 30/60/90 and 180-day plans) that drive early productivity
  • Lead deployment and reinforcement of core sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC), embedding tools and checkpoints that ensure adoption
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Recruiting, and Enablement peers to continually refine onboarding based on performance data
  • Support ad-hoc key enablement projects, acting as a senior contributor and future leader within the team
