About The Position

Industrial staffing agency seeking an onboarding specialist to coordinate staffing for multiple clients. Job description and duties: Onboard new employees, verify employment eligibility, and schedule drug screening and background checks as required per job specifications. Verify and maintain necessary credentials for position including employment eligibility, licenses, TWIC, training courses, continuing education, safety council, and DISA status. Code onboarding contracts for billing purposes. Confirm pay rates, per diem, travel arrangements, and housing accommodations as needed. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and past prospects and hired and released employees. Schedule new hire orientations if necessary. Answer phones, emails, maintain correspondence, scheduling, file/ scan documents, data entry, and other clerical duties. Address any HR related inquiries. Knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and ATS a plus. Knowledge of full recruiting lifecycle from listing open positions, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, arranging interviews (in person and face to face), and managing employees in placement positions is a plus. Must be proficient with Mac OS and Microsoft platforms including Excel. Bilingual (English/ Spanish) a plus.
