In this impactful role, you’ll develop and execute strategic plans that expand business opportunities through strong, productive partnerships with independent insurance agencies. You’ll guide and support agency initiatives—including promotions, social media campaigns, rollovers, co-op efforts, and more—to achieve meaningful results tied to our corporate profit and growth goals. You’ll stay ahead of the industry by monitoring market trends, competitive activity, policy shifts, and regulatory changes, ensuring we’re positioned for long-term success. You will also conduct agency performance evaluations and oversee participation in our Partners in Excellence program to promote continuous improvement.
