This Regional Manager will serve as a key liaison between corporate leadership and field operations, ensuring that brand standards, compliance, and customer experience expectations are met or exceeded. The role provides leadership and coaching, drives performance through data-driven insights, and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-site sales operations
  • Strong business acumen and deep understanding of the timeshare or vacation ownership industry
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze KPIs and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and team performance
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs; available to travel frequently

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Managers across multiple VIP/Sampler locations
  • Set and monitor regional sales goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize results
  • Partner with marketing, operations, and training teams to drive lead quality and conversion
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance
  • Champion a culture of excellence, integrity, and hospitality across all locations
  • Oversee the execution of regional sales promotions and incentive programs
  • Identify and address performance gaps through coaching, training, and performance management
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards
  • Complete all required company training and compliance courses
  • Perform other duties as assigned
