Our brand-new, 700,000-square-foot Asian-style food manufacturing facility in Sioux Falls, SD, is taking shape — and we’re ramping up hiring for key roles. We are hiring a Sr Recruiter for our Human Resources team that is responsible for sourcing, identifying, qualifying, attracting, and retaining talent for the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor others
  • Effective negotiation skills with the ability to apply company policies and practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, technical hourly, and entry level management roles in a manufacturing environment
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, job fairs, trade programs, and college partnerships
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, advise on interviewing best practices, and forecast talent demand
  • Build and promote the employer brand through internal and external partnerships, including professional organizations and community agencies
  • Interview, assess, and select qualified candidates; make hiring recommendations and extend offers
  • Manage offer documentation and ensure accurate, compliant recruitment records
  • Collaborate with HR partners, business leaders, and external search firms throughout the hiring process
  • Track and report recruiting metrics, effectiveness, and progress against hiring goals
