The Senior Recruiter is a high-ownership, execution-driven individual contributor role designed for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a PE-backed environment and takes pride in building disciplined, high-quality hiring outcomes. Youâll own full-cycle recruiting for roles primarily in the United States, with occasional hiring support in LatAm and EMEA â personally driving sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement while applying strong judgment to identify talent aligned with business needs and performance standards. PetDesk follows Who: The A Method for Hiring, a four-step hiring framework designed to consistently hire A Players. This role will serve as an expert practitioner of the Who methodâensuring it is applied rigorously across searches and helping hiring managers understand how to use the framework effectively. This role requires comfort operating through the ebbs and flows of hiring demand. Youâll proactively build pipelines during slower periods, refine processes, and continuously raise the barâensuring PetDeskâs recruiting engine remains strong and disciplined at all times.
