About The Position
In this role, you will impact the quality control function by ensuring that products meet high-quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the overall success and reputation of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Quality Control Inspection team, providing strong leadership, guidance, and support.
- Managing the daily scheduling of product inputs and outputs for receiving, in-process and final inspection.
- Providing daily inspection status and strategic planning with procurement, program management, engineering, configuration and manufacturing teams.
- Resolving quality issues and enhance product quality.
- Develop, implement, and continually improve robust quality control procedures and processes.
- Maintaining and reporting key Quality metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Managing and coordinating training for the site. IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610.
- Internal Audits per AS9100 requirements.
