About The Position

The Senior Provider Recruiter is responsible to bring top talent into strategic, hard to find areas of the hospital. A Senior Provider Recruiter will serve as a consultant to the Division Directors and hiring managers in their assigned areas around attracting and selecting the best talent possible for their positions. Responsibilities include: developing sourcing plans, direct and indirect candidate sourcing including cold calls and direct sourcing, and screening candidates for positions. Requires in depth knowledge and experience. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. The recruiter also coordinates background reviews, references, licensure and any other verification activities. This position will be a hybrid position and will require some work related travel. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Related field or related healthcare background and 5-7 years experience Experience required in an executive search firm or physician recruitment search function for at least 3 years. A primary part of that job should be cold calling or direct sourcing.
  • Associate's Degree and 7 or more years experience prior work experience in the same job may be accepted in lieu of a degree
