As part of a small passionate team working on engine fluid controls, you will own designs from concept through qualification and be involved in all aspect of the development. You will design valve components, assemblies, and tools as well as mentor and lead other engineers through development approaches and techniques for fluid control systems. You will collaborate with program leaders, systems engineers, suppliers, and test groups to select architectures and design solutions which will provide the best benefit to our rocket engines. You will oversee testing of components, both on their own and within engine hot fire tests, to ensure valves are tested with high rigor and comply with their design requirements and design goals. You will help define and refine best practices for engine valves and mechanisms to increase the efficiency of our design approaches and processes.
