Requirements

  • 6+ years leading IT projects, primarily software-focused, with a strong record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Retail expereince and familiarity managing project financials
  • Deep experience with multiple methodologies-Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-vendor environments, including offshore and nearshore teams, with the ability to navigate time zones
  • Strong vendor management skills, including contract oversight, SLAs, performance tracking, and escalation management.
  • Proven stakeholder management across business and technical teams, with clear communication, and expectation-setting
