About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our EPMO. The Senior Project Manager-Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing high-impact projects of significant complexity and strategic importance across Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS). This position will act as a mentor to Project Managers, driving best practices in project delivery, methodology adherence, and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Project Manager-EPMO will be instrumental in aligning projects with system-wide strategic priorities and ensuring sustainable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
  • High School Diploma and five years of project management experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects is required.
  • Experience in healthcare, IT, and/or other regulated industries is required.
  • Previous EPMO or PMO experience is required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent certification is required.
  • Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
  • Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
  • Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in Agile or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
