About The Position

Your responsibilities will include: Supporting annual operating plan activities, quarterly forecasting, cost center mapping, strategic planning, and monthly financial tracking in collaboration with the Finance team Supporting project governance and best practice development across a variety of project types Supporting ad-hoc requests and special initiatives from the PMO team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, project management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in engineering product development, manufacturing, project management, or a related discipline
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across a matrixed organization
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation
• Hands-on experience using Planisware or similar PPM software
• Understanding of the Product Development Process (PDP)
• Experience managing projects focused on tool creation or process improvement
