Requirements

• 10+ years in Architecture with substantial Acute Healthcare Experience, including at least 4 years with AHCA-regulated projects.
• Architectural license required
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited program
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong proficiency in relevant software: Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Products, Newforma, Bluebeam
• Thorough knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building system, including engineering and medical equipment coordination
• Thorough understanding of FGI Guidelines, Building Codes, and industry standards
• Ability to travel
