About The Position

As a Sr Project Administrator here at Honeywell, you will provide administrative support to the Energy and Federal Service teams by providing timely and accurate completion of assigned transactional activities. This role will interface directly with external and internal customers and financiers to complete the required information in support of business transactional needs. You will report directly to our Business Compliance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA , Plymouth, MN , Albany, NY, Costa Mesa, CA, or Mount Laurel, NJ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • 5+ years High School Diploma/GED
  • 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant with client facing and field scheduling duties
  • 5+ years of experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in SAP/NEX/CPQ (or other invoice/accounting/scheduling)
  • Ability to lead initiatives for process improvements
  • Ability to read and decipher financial models and reports
  • Ability to communicate within all levels of the organization including Senior Management
  • Must be able to work under minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate
  • Prepare and submit booking cases for Energy/Federal Service orders (projects, SSJ, CO, service and RQ/TM’s)
  • Set up Sales Assist and Risk projects in SAP
  • Assist Sales team and Bid Managers with NEX/CPQ, update data as needed
  • Understand contract requirements, execution, scopes of work, and terms and conditions
  • Manage GAL/Iron Mountain/Membership accounts for Energy
  • Process work packets for new customers and updates to existing accounts
  • Create and submit manual invoices for Federal Government financed deals
  • Time keeping QC/ Peoplesoft exception entries
  • Tracking and reporting of sales assist and risk project costs
  • Create intercompany PO’s
  • Attend Pulse calls with Ops and Finance
  • Request and reconcile funding mods from Federal Government
  • Respond to requests from external and internal stakeholders
  • P Card transactions and redirects to jobs
  • Project E-room set up / maintenance
  • Function as back up for other co-workers to include immediate Supervisor
