About The Position

As Sr. Program Manager, you’ll lead the enterprise deployment and expansion of a mission-critical, AI-enabled financial compliance platform supporting the Department of Defense and the Department of the Air Force. This is a high-visibility leadership role driving transformation of a 20+ year financial audit challenge affecting more than 180 systems. The selected candidate will scale an AI-powered governance capability that moves compliance from manual reporting to continuous, data-driven decision support across the enterprise. We are looking for a proactive, dynamic leader who thrives in complex environments, brings deep DoD financial management expertise, and can translate strategy into measurable operational outcomes. Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Master’s degree
  • A current PMP certification
  • 10+ years of progressive program or product leadership experience
  • Extensive DoD and Air Force experience
  • Deep knowledge of DoD financial management systems and compliance frameworks
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale, high-visibility initiatives
  • Experience delivering data-driven or AI-enabled solutions in regulated environments

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise implementation of an AI-enabled compliance platform aligned to Standard Financial Information Structure requirements
  • Executive-level engagement with SES and senior DoD stakeholders
  • Transformation of financial validation, traceability, and audit readiness processes
  • Integration of AI and advanced analytics into secure, production-grade environments
  • Expansion of the solution into adjacent mission domains across the Defense enterprise
  • Growth and strategic positioning within the Defense Business Unit, particularly across Air Force portfolios
