The Department of Pediatrics at the University of New Mexico is seeking a Sr Program Manager to lead the Continuum of Care (CoC) project, a long-standing initiative focused on enhancing community-based health services for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) across New Mexico. This position is based off-campus near the Albuquerque Airport and plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring contract deliverables are met. The Senior Program Manager will provide direct supervision to administrative personnel and operational support to clinical staff, ensuring they have the resources and infrastructure needed to perform their duties. The role includes strategic planning, budget oversight, stakeholder engagement, and coordination of educational and outreach activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal Investigator and serve as a key liaison with state agencies, healthcare providers, and community partners. This is a grant-funded position, renewed annually based on continued funding.
