Sr. Program Manager
About The Position
Program Manager Program Managers are responsible for driving the overall success of a collective group of projects that comprise a program. Program Managers are responsible for managing program portfolios that deliver strategic business objectives and value. This role is a significant position that involves working with customers and other stakeholders by developing and implementing solutions in a complex, highly dynamic environment. This role can be performed from the Dallas, TX or Plano, TX location. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Plan and schedule program-level activities and schedule of projects . Manages program-level scope, issues and risks, and quality management . Resolves resource conflicts . Negotiates timelines with key stakeholders . Provides status regarding program health to clients and key stakeholders . Ensures deliverables are produced according to defined schedule
Requirements
- SAFE Agilist and/or Project Management Certification
- Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent leadership and team development skills (including coaching and mentoring)
- Timely, decisive, and effective problem-solving skills
- Solid project management skills related to project planning and control; scope management; issue and risk management; and quality management
- JIRA, PRISM, CMPM, and FUSE Skill Set – Years of Experience – Proficiency Level
- Project Management – 5+ years – Advanced
- Microsoft PowerPoint – 3+ years – Intermediate
