About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Program Manager to drive cross-functional marketing initiatives from planning through delivery. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and has a strong track record of leading complex marketing programs that drive measurable impact. This is a 6-month contract opportunity to start paying $56-66/hr

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, or related roles.
  • Experience in online and retail in-store product marketing
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum Framework
  • Experience in high-growth or transformation-stage organizations.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, go-to-market strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication experience.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet (or equivalent), etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehend the established product launch strategy to determine the program requirements, milestones, deadlines, action planning and execution.
  • Customize the program plans based on complexity and needs of launch.
  • Create a customized commercialization timeline spanning the program strategy, discovery, execution and measurement phases of the launch; actively lead the projects according to the customized timelines and deliverables
  • Partner closely with regional commercial teams to develop and align market rollout strategies with the overall NPI program plan, ensuring cohesive execution, clear timelines, and successful in-market launches.
  • Consult, manage and inform cross functional project members as needed (Product Management, Global Marketing, Customer Care, R&D, IT and Regional Marketing and Sales Teams).
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale marketing initiatives (e.g., product launches, integrated campaigns, brand initiatives, go-to-market programs).
  • Develop detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and milestone plans aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to define scope, goals, success metrics, and resource requirements.
  • Global Marketing, Customer Care, Commercial Sales teams, Compliance, Supply Ops
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track.
  • Drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders through regular status updates and executive reporting.
  • Establish and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and governance frameworks.
  • Manage budgets and ensure programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Track performance metrics and analyze results to inform continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that applicable Marketing deliverables needed to enable product launches are developed on time and in-line with key program milestones so that critical path dependencies are met
