Sr. Program Management Analyst
About The Position
Nakupuna Federal is looking for a Sr. Program Management Analyst to lead our team of talented consultants providing professional services to NAVAIR PMA-275. The following reflects management’s definition of key functions for this job and reserves the right to assign additional duties as necessary to meet operational requirements: Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Track program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Requirements
- ACAT-1 rotary-wing and/or turbo-prop aircraft mission readiness management experience.
- Proficient with using the AMS.
- Familiar with ACAT level programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to PPBES.
- Demonstrated experience managing program/project status, schedules, SOW and CDRLs.
- MA/MS degree and over 8 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description preferred; or a Bachelor's degree and 10 years experience allowed.
- This position requires a SECRET clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
- Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
