Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
• High School Diploma or GED
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire)
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or production assembly experience
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Polarity and inspection criteria
• Bills of Material (BOM)
• Work order tracking systems (ERP/MES)
• Measuring equipment and basic shop math
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Canonsburg, PA

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly on electronic and mechanical assemblies (modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, cables)
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions
• Execute wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harness fabrication
• Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and small system assemblies
• Conduct basic electrical testing and inspection
• Perform rework, refurbishment, and repair of complex hardware and systems
• Utilize Bills of Material (BOM) and work order tracking systems to ensure build accuracy
