Requirements

U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience using hand tools, torque tools, and soldering irons
Ability to perform basic electronic/mechanical assembly
Familiarity with measuring tools and basic math concepts
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and specifications

Nice To Haves

Experience with electronic assembly or PCB soldering
Experience with cable harness assembly
Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001)

Responsibilities

Execute assembly of electronic and mechanical components (modules, boards, panels, frames, cables)
Perform wiring, component installation, and cable harnessing
Conduct hand soldering on circuit boards and assemblies
Follow work instructions, methods, and sequence of operations for production tasks
Use hand tools, torque tools, and light industrial equipment
Set up and operate basic production equipment in compliance with specifications
Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations
Ensure product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards
Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow safety procedures
