PRODUCT SALES MANAGER The Starlink Enterprise Sales team is hiring a results-driven, capable Sr. Product Sales Manager to support Starlink’s adoption across the world. Starlink brings an unprecedented opportunity to positively impact communities, businesses, and governments worldwide. This role is part of a high velocity team with extremely high expectations – the role requires a strong balance of business and technical acumen, as well as knowledge of the Starlink product and network, to support the Enterprise Sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline or 5+ years of professional working experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management.
• 5+ years of previous experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Own the user experience of Enterprise customers for Starlink.com – this includes checkout experience, customer acquisition, retention, and product marketing.
• Identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth and be able to defend them internally.
• Support the integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s growing portfolio – this includes pricing, operations, sales enablement, and product portfolio management.
• Support the sales engagements of the broader team, engage with customers, and answer questions around commercial models and product capabilities.
• Work in partnership with our Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams.
• Consult with Sales Operations to improve Go-to-market processes for new product offerings.
• Oversee technical training and development for team members.
• Represent Starlink at global conferences and events.
