As a Sr Product Owner supporting the Development Platforms Teams, you’ll help lead the strategy and delivery of developer tooling that powers Southwest’s AWS cloud environments at massive scale—supporting 800+ accounts and more than three million infrastructure resources. Serving as the Customer proxy, you’ll partner closely with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering Teams to define and prioritize the backlog, co‑develop the roadmap, and guide products from concept through delivery across multiple Agile Teams. You’ll translate platform strategy into clear requirements, drive integrated solutions that improve the developer experience, and incorporate data‑driven insights and AI‑enabled capabilities into the product vision. By mentoring Product Owners, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring technical integrity throughout delivery, you’ll help enable faster, higher‑quality software development and strengthen the foundation that supports Southwest’s technology at scale.
