This role will be instrumental in shaping how millions of customers interact with our in-store return services, balancing exceptional customer experience with operational efficiency and quality control. Working alongside tech teams, store operations, UX designers, and operational partners, you'll drive the strategy and execution of products that make returns easier for customers while optimizing costs and maintaining Amazon's high quality standards. Your multi-year product roadmap will define how we scale our in-store return experience, ensuring we continue to deliver the convenience customers expect from Amazon while improving operational excellence and cost effectiveness.

Requirements

12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
6+ years of team management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
