THE ROLE: The Sr. Designer, Worldwide Creative Studio is responsible for developing original design concepts and creative materials that engage multiple Herbalife audiences including Distributors, Preferred Members, Customers, and the general public. This role will lead and support conceptual design solutions across a variety of media channels including print, video, digital, and social. Working within Herbalife’s established brand framework, the Senior Designer will adapt and apply brand design principles to support internal teams such as Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Recognition, Live Events, and other internal and external communications. This role requires a balance of creativity and precision, bringing industry best practices to elevate the Herbalife brand in collaboration with the creative team and the Sr. Creative Director. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in both conceptual design and production execution, with a deep understanding of creative file standards, workflows, and procedures. This position demands a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and consistently delivers high-quality, brand-aligned creative work. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Creative Studio.
