About The Position

As a Creative Designer within the Brand Strategy division, your work is critical in shaping and maintaining a cohesive and elevated visual identity across our portfolio of brands. You are responsible for translating brand strategy into compelling, on-brand design solutions that communicate our values, support marketing initiatives, and enhance audience engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets that are aligned with brand positioning, strategic goals, and long-term vision. This role focuses heavily on graphic design, with key responsibilities tied to creative concept development, campaign design execution, visual storytelling, and digital asset creation. Requirements

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets that reflect and advance brand strategy and positioning.
  • Execute a wide range of graphic design deliverables, including digital campaigns, brand collateral, social media graphics, internal communications, and presentations.
  • Maintain consistency across all design work in alignment with brand guidelines and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Strategy team to interpret brand narratives into strong visual concepts and executions.
  • Assist in the development of visual systems, brand toolkits, and design templates for internal and external use.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials and brand campaigns that drive awareness, affinity, and engagement.
  • Partner with writers, strategists, and other creatives to ensure design solutions are thoughtful, effective, and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and strategic planning meetings.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively share ideas to keep our creative output fresh and competitive. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Branding, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with exposure to brand development or strategy-focused work.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand-forward design across various digital and print platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
  • Deep understanding of brand identity systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to interpret strategic input into clear, visually compelling design.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and creative decision-making in alignment with brand values.
