About The Position

Honeydew is building a platform for hundreds of millions of people globally to access expertise and science-backed skin treatments, from prescription to retail. Our tech-forward dermatology experience helps people with chronic skin conditions access licensed specialists, FDA-approved treatment, and ongoing support in record time (24 hours vs an industry average of 6 months). Honeydew is the future of skin health — digitally native, scientifically rooted, integrated end-to-end (evaluation + treatments + lab tests), and powered by AI. At Honeydew, we're redefining how Americans access dermatology care — tackling huge barriers in access and cost with a model that makes getting evidence-backed treatment easy, affordable, and genuinely effective. The market is enormous, and we’ve only just begun to scratch the surface. We’re building a growth team where strong creative drives results. Design, performance, and iteration all work together, and this role sits right at the center of that work. You’ll work closely with Honeydew’s growth, marketing, and creative teammates to create and refine the creative that fuels our paid media, website, packaging, and campaigns. Your work will show up directly in ads people see every day and in the products they interact with. This role is for a hands-on designer who wants their work to matter — someone who’s excited to test ideas, learn from real performance feedback, and help shape how Honeydew shows up as we grow. You’ll join the Honeydew Growth team led by Connor Kreutz, and you’ll report directly to Creative Lead Marina Pantoliano who’s based in New York City. It’s a role for someone who’s excited to turn ideas into high-performing creative — someone who enjoys moving from brief to execution, testing what works, and improving it quickly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio that showcases paid social or performance marketing work for consumer brands, alongside branded email, packaging, and website design.
  • Excellent visual intuition — Can take an idea and run with it. Strong sense of translating brand across channels & platforms. Additionally, you know what works in ads, what doesn’t, and why.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus), with comfort moving fast and polishing details.
  • Humble, scrappy, and entrepreneurial — you’re excited to build, test, learn, and improve, and you’re comfortable wearing a few different creative hats.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic animation or video editing, simple 3D rendering, photography, and photo retouching — not required, but a real bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Turn creative strategy and growth briefs into focused, scroll-stopping visuals — defining layouts, imagery, headlines, and CTAs that communicate one clear idea fast.
  • Create design assets beyond ads, including website and landing page graphics, packaging, emails, and occasional physical or print materials.
  • Work closely with growth, marketing, and creative teammates to concept, review, and refine creative — from rough drafts to final, production-ready files.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, keeping files organized, communicating clearly, and delivering clean handoffs on tight timelines.
  • Jump into special projects when they add real value, such as supporting photoshoots, retouching photos, creating light animation or video, experimenting with simple 3D, or helping launch a campaign.
