Position Summary Provides strategic leadership and manages a team responsible for digital product development by defining product roadmaps, prioritizing feature development, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful product launches. Oversees the entire product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and iteration. Work across the organization to align product strategies with business goals, manage resources, and facilitate effective collaboration between product teams and other departments to drive product success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing and feature development.
  • Establishes the efficient management, prioritization, and delivery of the digital product roadmap to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry.
  • Develops technology and product roadmaps to provide visibility of risk and improvement options to maintain a proactive attitude among the digital product team.
  • Delivers innovative solutions that integrate with co-existing technologies while ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.
  • Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry.
  • Decides targets for success while constantly reviewing analytics, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
  • Facilitates cross-functional communication and collaboration, building strong relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Defines strategy for product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation.
  • Creates features and stories for current and future products based on consumer insights, research, business goals, and customer experience needs.
  • Coordinates with engineering, data science, user design, and architecture teams in an agile development environment.
  • Applies advanced leadership skills to recruit, hire, and develop product management talent, ensuring best practices are embedded in strategies and offerings.
