About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product lifecycle end-to-end - from market opportunity to feature delivery. This hybrid role blends strategic product management with hands- on product ownership in an agile environment. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, execution, and collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Business Intelligence and Customer Success to drive measurable business results.

Requirements

5+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership or hybrid role in a SaaS environment.
Experience in B2B SaaS and a strong understanding of enterprise customer workflows and challenges.
Proven track record taking products from concept to launch to scale.
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, or Asana).
Strong technical acumen – comfortable driving alignment on API’s, integrations and system architecture with engineering and data teams.
Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools and driving product recommendations grounded in data driven insights.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills – ability to align diverse teams.

Nice To Haves

Background in construction, insurance, or property technology.
Experience with AI-powered SaaS solutions.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.

Responsibilities

Product Roadmap - Define, maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap with prioritized initiatives based on impact (ROI) and feasibility. Ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Conduct market, customer, product and competitive analysis ; analyze user data, industry trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Go-to-Market – Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption of new features aligned with business goals.
Execution – Own the product backlog and refinement processes; write clear, actionable user stories, with acceptance criteria.
Agile Development – Partner with Engineering in ceremonies to ensure efficient delivery and high quality, on time releases.
Data informed - use analytics, A/B testing, production tutorial software and feedback loops to optimize sprint goals and rapid iteration.
