Requirements

  • Technical Mastery Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementation projects. Strong working knowledge of relevant project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
  • Organizational Knowledge Practical understanding of Centric PLM integration within typical client business processes and IT environments.
  • Communication and Governance Proven ability to lead effective project steering committee meetings and clearly articulate complex technical and business issues to both client and internal stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications and Training Formal training or certification in a recognized project management methodology (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Scoping Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation schedules, and communication strategies in alignment with PMOS standards.
  • Forecasting Provide and regularly update accurate resource allocation forecasts. Monitor project hours, resources, and expenses against the approved budget. Deliver a weekly budget report.
  • Client Management Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the client project team. Manage expectations, coordinate meetings, and facilitate all key project milestones (e.g., blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live).
  • Project Execution and Compliance Execute the project rigorously using Centric’s implementation methodology, ensuring all required internal documentation and phase gate approvals are completed and auditable.
  • Risk and Change Management Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues. Manage all scope change requests through the formal change control process. Escalate potential budget or timeline risks to the Director as needed.
  • Team Coordination Coordinate activities among the client team, internal technical consultants, and project subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure smooth transitions between project phases.
