About The Position

We’re building the AI-powered future of maintenance. UpKeep is on a mission to reinvent how the physical world runs—starting with the frontline teams who maintain it. We’re the creators of the world’s first AI-first CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), equipping technicians and facilities teams with automation, machine learning, and predictive insights that drive operational speed, safety, and efficiency. What started as a garage-built prototype is now a fast-scaling SaaS company, backed by Insight Partners, Emergence Capital, and Y Combinator. Over 4,000 companies—including Shell, Yamaha, Unilever, and Marriott—run on UpKeep to modernize their asset operations. We’re leading the $30B category shift toward Asset Operations Management, where uptime, intelligence, and AI converge. Why join us: Own the AI-first transformation of an entire industry. Every feature we ship leverages AI—from predictive work orders to sensor-driven automations. You’re not just iterating—you’re pioneering how data reshapes physical operations. Real traction, real scale. Recognized as Gartner’s #1 Facility Management solution and G2’s top-rated CMMS, we’ve earned market leadership through product, not puff. A company where builders thrive. If you’re driven by impact, energized by AI, and hungry to transform a legacy industry—we’re hiring! POSITION SUMMARY We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a core product area. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams to build products customers love and that drive measurable business outcomes. In a Series B environment, you’ll thrive in ambiguity, move from insight to execution quickly, and make smart tradeoffs to ship value consistently.

  • Experience working with agile development teams and modern product delivery practices (backlog management, sprint planning, iterative releases).
  • Comfort collaborating with distributed teams and managing cross-time-zone execution.
  • Comfortable working with raw data sets to develop actionable insights
  • Ability to tell a persuasive story and convey information in a digestible format
  • Ability to see the big picture while maintaining close attention to detail
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with a record of success in a high-growth context

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for a defined product domain, translating company goals into clear outcomes and milestones.
  • Lead product discovery: deeply understand customer problems through research, data analysis, and direct user engagement, then validate solutions through prototypes and experiments.
  • Drive product delivery: write crisp requirements, align cross-functional stakeholders, and partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality releases on predictable cadences.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly: balance customer value, revenue impact, operational needs, and technical investments (platform, reliability, performance, and debt).
  • Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, conversion, revenue, quality), and use insights to iterate post-launch.
  • Coordinate experiments (e.g., A/B tests) and ensure learnings are captured and shared.
  • Manage dependencies across teams and communicate timelines, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to executives and partners.
  • Champion product quality and usability, ensuring consistency across experiences and touchpoints.
