About The Position

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Threat Protection products. This role will focus on defining product strategy, delivering customer-centric solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to address evolving security threats. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of cybersecurity domains and a track record of shipping successful products.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or related domains
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts (e.g., threat detection, SOC operations, identity & access management, cloud security)
  • Proven ability to deliver products in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Experience working with engineering teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Email security products or enterprise security platforms
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK)
  • Technical background (e.g., engineering, computer science, or security certifications like CISSP, CEH)

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and vision for cybersecurity solutions
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through research, feedback, and data analysis
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Translate complex cybersecurity needs into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Drive product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement
  • Monitor industry trends, threat landscape, and competitive offerings to inform product direction
  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure product-market fit
  • Define and track key product metrics (adoption, retention, performance, security outcomes)
  • Support go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and messaging
