About The Position

Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps for wireless speaker innovation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of FlexConnect-enabled products, from concept to launch and ongoing iteration. Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, business development, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, leveraging consumer insights and competitive analysis to guide product decisions. Establish key performance indicators and success metrics, monitoring progress and adapting strategies to optimize business impact. Champion customer-centric innovation, ensuring products meet and exceed user expectations for quality, ease of use, and immersive experience. Manage stakeholder alignment and communication, presenting vision, milestones, and progress to executive leadership and external partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer electronics, audio technology, or related industries, with a track record of delivering successful products
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to define vision, translate insights into actionable plans, and execute against ambitious goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in market analysis, user research, and data-driven decision making
• Experience driving cross-functional projects, developing reference platforms, managing complex product portfolios, and collaborating with external partners and vendors
• Demonstrated success in launching innovative products and navigating the challenges of new market adoption
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, including executive-level writing and presentation skills
• Proven leadership in building and scaling high-performing product teams within dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Deep understanding of audio technologies, wireless connectivity, and entertainment ecosystems
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
