The Sr. Product Manager, eCommerce is accountable for the business strategy and execution of Tempur Sealy's commerce and brand/product consideration that is driven through digital channels. This includes P&L management, merchandising strategies, promotional planning, and assortment, brand and promotional communication in all digital channels so that financial objectives are achieved/exceeded while also supporting broader multi-channel strategies. The role is also responsible for conceiving and developing merchandising strategies and initiatives unique to E-Commerce. Using E-Commerce best practices, this individual will direct the selection for online features and create appropriate merchandise and marketing concepts. This role also plays a critical role in providing valuable insights from direct selling to the corporate assortment and product development pipeline.
