About The Position

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. This is a Hybrid role and requires 3 days(Min) on-site presence. - Manage Digital Sales Offer Catalog configurations and Administration workflows - Review change request Intakes and Engage cross functional teams for Impact analysis and execution plan - Document implementation approach of Promotions/offer sets in Catalog/Ledger applications - Inform various stakeholders about technical solution approach and customer experience to implement change request/initiative - Able to map basic technical flow and business diagrams aligning to business and system requirements - Proficient with the Project and Portfolio Management Tools (TFS, JIRA, Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.) - Must have experience in Telco, Media and Entertainment industries or Consumer services industry

Requirements

  • 7-10 years Product Management
  • Experience working with retail ecommerce products and features
  • Experience with Pricing and Promotion features
  • Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in a technology-based role, like a technical product owner, Business system analysts
  • Significant experience in CMS, CRM and Enterprise Catalog Applications to build customer and Agent centric web portals
  • Must have clear and strong presentation and efficient communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science is required
  • Proficient with the Project and Portfolio Management Tools (TFS, JIRA, Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.)
  • Must have experience in Telco, Media and Entertainment industries or Consumer services industry
