We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative products and solutions that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a passion for solving customer problems, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. As an Omni-channel Product Manager in a high-growth business, you should thrive at the intersection of innovation and execution, driving measurable outcomes across seamless customer journeys powered by Genesys and Salesforce for intelligent engagement. This role can be fully remote/virtual/work from home and you can reside anywhere in the US.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!) and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the insurance, risk management, or financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Present product updates, performance metrics, and strategic plans to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the product team.
