This position is part of the Corporate Real Estate Project Management Office (PMO) which provides project governance and process support to enable technology projects and related functions. This individual is responsible for administering existing PMO processes/solutions and helping to investigate and resolve issues related to PMO processes/solutions. This individual will also contribute to analyzing, designing, testing, documenting, and implementing new PMO processes and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree BA/BS or equivalent preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in related field preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytical skills in a business analyst role. required
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize multiple types and sources of information into action.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to facilitate meetings with individuals and groups including business and technology stakeholders to gather and articulate requirements.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
  • Able to work independently, self-starter.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix-oriented, fast-paced environment and work on multiple deliverables at once.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within an enterprise PMO function.
  • Advanced Smartsheet expertise, complemented by hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Snowflake (or other data warehouses), and analytics/reporting tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience operating in an agile context.
  • Little to no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Administers and supports existing PMO processes/solutions.
  • Investigates and helps resolve process/solution issues.
  • Makes recommendations for process/solution improvement.
  • Gathers requirements and contributes to designing, testing, and implementing new PMO processes/solutions.
  • Supports rollout of new process/solution changes.
  • Documents PMO processes/solutions.
