About The Position

We are looking for a customer-obsessed and hands-on experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our AI and agent products. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, CRM, and analytics to build AI infra and application products/systems to support both. You will play a key role in driving user engagement, retention, and conversion through effective use of push notifications—balancing personalization, timing, frequency, and business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT or equivalent
  • 5+ years of industry experience with at least 3+ years in technical product management
  • Strong technical background and proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scale
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
  • Experience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT or equivalent
  • Experience with conversational AI or voice-based products
  • Strong technical understanding of ML/AI concepts, particularly in NLP and LLMs
  • Track record of innovation and zero-to-one product development
  • Experience with Deep Learning model training or inference

Responsibilities

  • Drive product roadmap for key components of AI and agent platforms or application products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Partner with science and engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements for new AI features and capabilities
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch, including writing PRDs, technical specifications, and business requirements
  • Develop and track success metrics, conduct data analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with UX teams to ensure optimal user experience across various Alexa-enabled devices and surfaces
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the company, including Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal teams
  • Drive technical decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements
  • Identify and assess new opportunities for applying emerging AI technologies to enhance Alexa's capabilities
