About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst to join our Global Publishing Finance & Analytics team. In this role, you'll support Ubisoft Global Publishing in an analytical, strategic planning, and operational capacity. You'll manage and enhance pricing tools, conduct sales analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize pricing strategies.

Requirements

Senior experience in finance, analytics, pricing or business strategy.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and understanding of database structures.
Excellent project management skills-able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to build cross functional relationships and influence internal partners using data driven approaches and regular communication, including with international colleagues.
A strong curiosity for the competitive video game landscape - publishers, developers, titles, and content.

Nice To Haves

Bonus technical expertise: SQL, Snowflake and Python/R for development of models and automated tools.

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain and enhance pricing tools and databases for new release local pricing and worldwide promotional pricing guidance.
Develop new pricing tools and enhance existing pricing related processes with cross functional teams.
Check new release worldwide local price at launch.
Leverage AI and automation to improve pricing workflows and efficiency.
Analyze revenue performance and competitive pricing to shape global promotional pricing strategies for assigned brands.
Identify growth opportunities by understanding product lifecycles, revenue goals, and digital assortment needs.
Develop pricing recommendations using internal and external data to support lifecycle management and revenue optimization.
