Job Summary We are currently seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst. The position is located at Battelle’s Corporate Headquarters in Columbus, OH, and is hybrid. We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Unit Finance professional to deliver actionable pricing analysis, to guide strategic decision-making across business units.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance; eight years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

Expert knowledge of accounting structure and strategic RFP requirement interpretation
Expert knowledge of standard FAR and CAS requirements
Assists Principal Financial Analyst w/strategic RFP requirement interpretation
Independently reviews and prepares cost volumes for high priority strategic opportunities
Leads process improvements to drive pricing efficiencies
Assists w/workload management and resource allocation for on-going proposal efforts
Provides mentorship and growth opportunities within the pricing functional discipline
Prepare proposal specific profitability analysis for Finance Manager
Coordinates w/Govt Accounting to track cost estimating requirement changes and communicates changes to the team to ensure consistency/compliance
Price-to-Win strategy contribution both through mentorship within our teams as well as proposal specific collaboration
Independently reviews/interprets RFP requirements for cost volume outline and cost volume development
