About The Position

Join the specialized team that provides strategic data analysis, process
improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will lead the development of data
analytics to drive strategic decisions, provide guidance, drive favorable
business & metric performance, & enable leadership to make key strategic
decision based on your guidance. You will influence and collaborate with
internal stakeholders to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches as a
business partner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and utilize standard MOR reporting with continuous improvements and refinements, as needed
• Provide various extractions and analysis of MAT (Manpower Allocation Tool)/EOC data
• Support and provide resource management and financial data as needed in staff meetings and MORs
• Analyze demand and supply variances (Fill rate)
• Report and forecast engineering utilization – Direct charge hours supplied v. census capacity and provide variance analysis
• Coordinate and maintain various tasks related to department budgets and census including forecast, tracking, reporting, and analyzing/reconciling variances
• Report all relevant business and engineering trend metrics related to COEs, programs, and resources
