Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience
  • Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain processes.
  • Knowledge or experience in Inventory Control/Warehousing/Logistics processes.
  • SAP or other materials requirement planning (MRP) system experience.
  • Customer service skills and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to track large amounts of data and provide status.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen

Responsibilities

  • Monitors priorities with receiving inspection on critical hardware and coordinates with the Make Planner.
  • Monitors and expedites resolving kit shortages or replacements to support work stoppages on the production floor.
  • Ensures shelf-life material is available for production orders to support kitting and production.
  • Ensures sufficient plant stock availability for production.
  • Coordinates movement from work center to work center for materials.
  • Generates appropriate shipping documentation with the transfer of hardware.
  • Coordinates with the manufacturing floor supervisor on daily activities.
  • Actively participates in required company audits.
  • Ensures timely closure of production orders and reconciliation is performed accurately with coordination of all departments if necessary.
  • Ensures all scrapped materials are tracked and processed in a timely manner.
  • Ensures return to stock and eWhiteboard request are processed accordingly.
