About The Position

We are looking for a seasoned partnerships manager that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! This role will play a critical role in Supporting and executing Vuori’s celebrity partnership strategy. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this role will own the day-to-day management of all celebrity partners while serving as a key cross-functional leader to ensure seamless execution across product, marketing, creative, legal, and operations teams. This role requires a highly organized, relationship-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in partnerships, talent relations, brand marketing, or related field and/or equivalent years of experience preferred.
Proven experience managing celebrity or high-profile partnerships
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
Exceptional organizational, project management, and timeline-management abilities
Experience managing contracts, budgets, and payments
Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Passion for culture, wellness, and premium lifestyle brands

Responsibilities

Celebrity Partnership Management Manage day-to-day relationships with all celebrity partners, acting as the primary point of contact
Ensure partners are aligned with brand values, campaign goals, and deliverables
Maintain strong, trusted relationships through proactive communication and flawless execution
Cross-Functional Leadership Manage cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Creative, Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations to execute partnership strategies
Translate partnership objectives into clear action plans and timelines for internal teams
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, expectations, and deadlines
Collection & Timeline Management Manage timelines for partner collections and capsules from concept through launch
Track milestones, approvals, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
Identify risks and proactively solve for potential delays
Photo Shoot & Content Coordination Oversee planning and execution of partner photo shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and on-set coordination
Partner closely with Creative and Production teams to ensure shoots align with brand vision and partner expectations
Contract & Payment Management Manage partnership contracts in collaboration with Legal, ensuring all terms, deliverables, and timelines are clearly documented
Oversee payment processes, tracking invoices and ensuring timely execution in partnership with Finance
Product Seeding & Requests Own all incoming product requests from celebrity partners
Coordinate with Product and Operations teams to fulfill requests accurately and on time
Track inventory and usage related to partnership seeding
