As a Sr. Partnerships Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and identifying new customers for Lyra along with owning the qualification and early-stage opportunity management. You will team up with Partnership Directors (Field Sales) to help large businesses understand the value of Lyra and provide our services as an employee benefit. We are building a team that will require a solutions-focused attitude, a high sense of urgency, and a passion for sales. As a member of the partnership development team, you will have the opportunity to strategize on prospecting into large companies along with assisting in the full sales cycle of those deals.
