About The Position

At Nexthink, we’re on a mission to revolutionize the digital employee experience and our partners play a critical role in making that happen. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing team, focused on driving impactful co-marketing programs with our most strategic partners, including Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Advisory firms. If you thrive at the intersection of creativity and strategy, love working with top-tier partners, and have a track record of delivering programs that fuel pipeline growth, this could be the perfect role for you.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on partner, channel, or alliance marketing
  • Comfortable working directly with large, complex partners like GSIs, MSPs, VARs, and advisory firms.
  • A collaborative, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Data-driven, with a passion for measuring and optimizing program performance.
  • Excellent communicator, with strong relationship-building skills across internal and external teams.
  • Proven success in building and executing partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Experience working across the marketing mix — events, content, digital, social, and email.
  • A strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture but also roll up your sleeves to execute.
  • Comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and the evolving partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Strategy & Execution – Build and execute joint marketing plans with Nexthink’s largest partners, aligning to their go-to-market strategies and our joint value propositions.
  • Campaign Development – Create and lead multi-channel campaigns that drive demand, awareness, and pipeline — from joint events and webinars to digital campaigns and content co-creation.
  • Relationship Management – Serve as the key marketing point of contact for strategic partner teams, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Field & Sales Enablement – Equip internal teams and partner sellers with the tools, messaging, and assets needed to drive joint success in the field.
  • Performance & Optimization – Track, measure, and analyze program performance to assess ROI and continuously optimize for impact.

Benefits

  • Flexible Hours and unlimited vacation (employees have unlimited paid time off on top of the 15 days of holidays we offer), 11 company-paid holidays, and 3 extra days for volunteering.
  • Hybrid work model that balances office and remote work, with structured onboarding to foster connections and team integration.
  • Free access to professional training platforms to explore your interests and enhance your skills.
  • Up to 16 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents/primary caregivers, 6 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Plan for the future with a 401(k) plan featuring up to 4% company matching contributions, vesting immediately, to grow your retirement savings.
  • Bonuses for referring successful hires after three months of continuous employment.
