Requirements

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Good writing and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and basic math skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions/SOP’s
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Regional Operations Manager on credit-rebill processes and their impact on freight capture.
  • Oversee freight charges for North and East Regions, ensuring proper coding and billing in coordination with Sales and Operations.
  • Monitor and review freight audit reports for accuracy.
  • Support invoice processes by working with warehouse leads across the regions to review freight on purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Operations to resolve freight-related issues promptly.
  • Assist with additional projects and initiatives to drive operational efficiency within assigned regions.
