Position Purpose Responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting quality improvement initiatives with a focus on pay-for-performance (P4P) programs at Johnson Memorial Hospital, and ensuring alignment, consistency, and success across regional ministries in meeting quality benchmarks and reporting requirements. This role ensures the organization meets and exceeds performance benchmarks tied to external regulatory and reimbursement programs such as CMS Value-Based Purchasing and commercial payer initiatives (e.g., Anthem BCBS Quality Hospital Insights Program). This position plays a vital role in aligning performance metrics with organization goals, enhancing patient outcomes, and optimizing financial incentives.
