The Senior National Account Manager - HOU is responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing Southwest’s market share within an assigned territory by leading strategic face‑to‑face Customer engagements, negotiating preferred‑carrier agreements, and executing data‑driven territory plans. They’ll build strong relationships with key corporate stakeholders, identify opportunities to shift share from competitors, and leverage Southwest Business products and tools to influence traveler behavior. The Senior National Account Manager - HOU helps Corporate Travel Managers understand Southwest’s evolving products and programs, driving adoption that supports overall revenue growth and strengthens Southwest’s competitive position. Additional Details: This HOU-based role is offered as a regional workplace position, which may require travel for trainings, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in an approved remote location within the HOU area.
