Our initiatives focus on bridging social gaps by cultivating skilled workers and fostering quality partnerships that contribute to community development. The Senior Manager of Internal Operations is a strategic leader within the Workforce Development department, responsible for driving operational effectiveness across project management, training curriculum development, and awareness and engagement activities. This role ensures that internal systems, learning tools, and communications strategies are aligned with the department's mission to foster innovating community partnerships that create effective pathways to employment.
